Chocolate Mud Cake (Donna Hay)

Ingredients:

375g butter,softened

1 1/3 cups Brown Sugar

3 eggs

2 cups flour,sifted

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

2/3 cup coaco powder, double sifted

200g dark chocolate

3/4 cup milk

1. Preheat oven to 160°C
2. Grease a 22cm round tin or line with baking paper
3. Cream butter and sugar
4. Gradually add eggs, beat well
5. Fold in all the dry ingedents and melted chocolate
6. Put mixture into tin, then bake for 1 1/4 hours
7. Serve with cream and dust coco powder to finish
